PURPOSES OF PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS
Depending on the relation we have with you, the processing of your personal data may take place in particular for the following purposes and on the basis indicated below:
a) execution of the contract or its preparation; art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO – processing necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or to take action at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
b) marketing of services or goods offered by the Administrators, provided also by means of electronic communication (promotional campaigns, loyalty programs, customer cards, commercial mailings, newsletters, sms, mms, etc.); art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO – consent of the data subject;
c) settlements with contractors or in the field of public law receivables; rt. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO – the legitimate interest of the Administrators in the need to verify cooperation with Contractors, including Customers; art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c RODO, in connection with relevant tax regulations imposing obligations in the field of public and legal receivables – i.e. when the processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation of the Administrators;
d) statistical purposes; art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO – legitimate interest of the Administrators consisting in the possibility of better selection of services and products to meet the needs of Customers, improving the conditions of Customer service and cooperation with Contractors;
e) business contacts, ongoing correspondence on matters related to the Administrators’ operations; art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO – the legitimate interest of the Administrators in the need to maintain contacts in the course of their ongoing operations, the performance of contracts and other obligations, and general cooperation with Contractors;
f) establishing, investigating or defending against claims; art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO – legitimate interest of the Administrators to establish, investigate or defend against claims, including, for example, under warranty;
g) archiving and data security; art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f) RODO – the Administrators’ legitimate interest in the need to ensure the continuity of IT systems in case of failure (creation and storage of backups).
THE PROCESSING PERIOD OR THE CRITERIA FOR DETERMINING IT
Where the processing is carried out in fulfillment of the legitimate interest of the Administrators, in principle, until the resolution of the case initiated as a result of the filing of an objection, when it concerns a situation of asserting or defending against claims – for the period of the statute of limitations for such claims arising from the legal relationship between us (including contracts) and a further twelve months after the end of this period, due to the need to verify whether actions have been taken in this regard, i.e., for example a lawsuit is filed in a court of law (the period of service of the first correspondence by the court); and in the case of the maintenance of backup copies of IT systems, no longer than 60 days from the date of deletion of data from current systems in the production version (the period of storage of data in backup copies);
In situations of processing for the fulfillment of legal obligations – for the period necessary for the fulfillment of such obligations, in particular tax obligations and verification by tax administration authorities.

1. Other Administrators from the OP ENHEIM Foundation;
2. Processors providing the Administrators with services and products necessary for the day-to-day operations of the Administrators, in particular with regard to:
a) IT support;
b) accountant;
c) office and facilities administration;
d) providing marketing and conducting sales campaigns;
e) data communications;
f) legal services;
g) design services and execution of construction works;
h) property maintenance and maintenance of the premises;
i) protection of persons and property;
j) digital data storage.
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS:
In the situations indicated in the provisions of the RODO, you have the following rights:
– The right to access your personal data;
– The right to rectification of data;
– The right to erasure of data (the so-called “right to be forgotten”);
– The right to object to the processing of personal data that is based on the legitimate interests of the Controllers;
– The right to restrict the processing of personal data;
– The right to data portability;
– The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (i.e., the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection);
– The right to withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data.

What personal information we collect and why we collect it
For the purpose of displaying the content of the website, we do not collect any personal information.
We collect the data listed in the contact form (name, surname, email address, etc.) to conduct the contest.
